Abbas: Israel must meet Road Map obligations to resume peace process

RAMALLAH, Aug. 26 (Xinhua) -- Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas Wednesday said Israel should meet its obligations of the first phase of the Road Map plan before resuming peace talks with the Palestinians.
