Fayyad Plans PA State: Intl. Airport, Stronger Armed Forces

Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Salam Fayyad is set to reveal his plan for the infrastructure and economy of a PA state in Judea, Samaria and Jerusalem. According to Reuters, the plan includes an international airport in the Jordan Valley, foreign investors, and stronger armed forces.
