Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano has sworn in a member of her agency's Advisory Council who is a strong supporter of the radical Islamist theologian who calls for "war" with the non-Muslim world and whose teachings inspired and continues to govern al-Qaida and Islamic terrorist organizations worldwide. Mohamed Elibiary, president and CEO of the Freedom and Justice Foundation of Carrollton, Texas, also spoke at a conference that honored the anti-U.S. founder of the Iranian Islamic revolution, Ayatollah Khomeini. Elibiary has strongly criticized the government's persecution of fundraisers for Hamas and is a defender of the Council on American Islamic Relations, or CAIR.
In 2005 Mohamed spearheaded the launching of the Texas Islamic Council (TIC) as an F&J program for Muslim congregations. TIC and has quickly grown to become the state’s largest Muslim network, representing 85,000 Texans. In 2006, the 16 largest Muslim congregations and civic organizations in Dallas-Fort Worth followed this example by creating a collective representative body called the North Texas Islamic Council (NTIC) and Mohamed was elected to its 7-member executive governing body.
Elibiary fervently endorses the teachings of Egyptian writer Sayyid Qutb, who is widely considered the father of the modern Islamic terrorist revolution. Osama bin Laden and terror groups worldwide rely on Qutb for their fatwas and ideology.
Jeffrey M. Epstein, president of the counter-terrorism advocacy group America's Truth Forum, is urging Congress to investigate Napolitano's choice of Elibiary, calling it a "dereliction of duty" that is undermining national security.
Epstein said the administration has "elevated the status of Muslim Brotherhood-spawned groups that are admittedly sworn to our very death and destruction."
Homeland Security and this administration filling more positions with Muslims. This must be stopped before it is too late!
