Assad Al-Jihad 2 calls to establish an Islamic state in Libya, or even in part of it, like the Christian state that has been established in southern Sudan. He threatens that any Western opposition to the establishment of an Islamic state, and any Western interference in the affairs of the Maghreb, will trigger a horrible war against the West in the region, which will make the war in Iraq look like "a walk in the park."
Finally, he states that at decisive moments in history, small elite groups with strong beliefs (like the mujahideen), can seize the day and rise to power. 
There is a reason President Obama is taking a do nothing stance with Libya.
